Chair works great, just waiting on seller to contact me back for extra leg piece that was missing. All other parts were sent out correctly.Anywho chair is easy to assemble also the look of the lights and speaker quality are A+. Just buy the chair!i got it up the stairs after like thirty minutes then me and my kid started to build it for his room then we relized it didnt have any screw holes on the sides of the back of the chair or the seat of the chair we had no clue what to do and then she said they found the screw hole but it wasnt cut out we had to mark the holes with pencils and cut it out after a stressful thirty minutes of doing that it was smooth sailing after everything else got on easy and it comfortable the lights work great and the sound qaulity is great aswell we are pleased just wish there wasnt as much hassleDoesn’t offer enough support.My son he like it this gaming chair and running light it work it all thanks this items.I like that you can move the back pillow, and the lights are cool, but the cushion on the arm of the chair tore off within 6 months of use. It also lets out an annoyingly loud sound when you plug it in, its like the start-up sound is full volume and there's no way to change that. God forbid you accidentally roll over the cord and unplug it in the middle of the night, you can't plug it back in without waking somebody in the house.I love the chair - bought it for my 12 year old son - the lights work the blue tooth works - it’s a great chair !!!This was a gift and the recipient likes this gaming chair very much. Her most liked feature are the lights and the sitting comfort. The instructions to assemble the chair were easy to understand, the instructions of how the operate the light were not so easy to understand and any information of how to make the speakers work was missing. Up to now we haven't figured out how to connect the speakers. Otherwise, this is a great chair and will be used until outgrown.
